Paramount Hotel Dubai

Mostly very kind staff and helpful (especially at the breakfast area), the cleaning staff came to check if we are satisfied with cleaning service or we need anything else. The cleaning staff did amazing job, especially Junior, taking care that we had everything at hand.

Breakfast was just about the best I've had anywhere in the world! Restaurant staff were very efficient and were always on available to meet our every need. All the staff across the entire hotel were brilliant, we couldn't have asked for more than they did. Qw paid for a room upgrade upon arrival which meant we were able to ckeck-in early and enjoyed a spacious suite with amazings views across the Burj Kalifa.

This is my second stay here at the paramount, this one being longer for 9 days. It was just as lovely as the first time - most of the staff are amazing. If there are any issues, there was always someone to help. The room was clean, and breakfast was good. The staff that made my stay that much better was Owen, Sumit, Alyiah, Joseph, and Saidy. There were others, but sadly, I didn't get the names, especially the guy that handled my check-in.

The reception staff were friendly and professional. Thank you to the barista in the Craft bakery cafe for an excellent pistachio coffee. We have stayed here multiple times and highly recommend it.
